Biography

MEGAN COYLE is a collage artist and illustrator based in the Washington, D.C. area. She uses a collage technique that she calls “painting with paper,” recreating the look and feel of a painting through the manipulation of magazine strips. She earned a BA from Elon University, where she majored in painting and creative writing. She has shown her work nationally in venues that include the Smithsonian Ripley Center, Art League Gallery, Fisher Gallery, and Krempp Gallery.
