Biography

ROBERT BOUCHERON, a graduate of Harvard and Yale, is an architect and freelance writer. He lives in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he writes on housing, gardens, local food, communities and the people who build them. His articles, fiction, poems and drawings have appeared in the Advocate, Country Living, New England Review, Real Estate Weekly, 34th Parallel and other journals.
